From the first contact with Covenant the experience was the best. The first meeting with Justin was at mom’s house. He not only viewed the house but was helpful in explaining the entire process. He made the offer on the house two days later. My brother and I felt it was a tremendous offer. Covenant was also very patient waiting on the courts to open probate so we could sell the house. It was three months before we could close due to the slow process with the court. Covenant was ready to close when I was finally appointed executor of the estate. I appreciate their patience. The closing was seamless. I would highly recommend anyone needing to sell a home to contact Covenant, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Covenant for being so helpful, patient, gracious and professional through this process.

As a licensed electrician . I will say this is a first class company to work with. They treat their tenants, clients and contractors with the utmost importance and are a star above the rest.
